How We Can Help

Therapy for children involves expressing emotions and developing new skills through Play Therapy. For adolescents and adults a range of evidence- based treatments are tailored to meet the needs of the individual. For example, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy may be used to develop more healthy thoughts and behaviours. Interpersonal therapy may be used to develop healthy relationships. Mindfulness strategies can assist individuals in managing strong emotions and reducing stress.
